    CIC Executive Director, Ron Katz is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Gibbons to the CIC Board of Directors. 


    Kyle Gibbons is a managing director in the Hartford, CT office with over 16 years of experience providing accounting and assurance services to a wide variety of clients and industries with a focus in the manufacturing and engineering industries. His industries served include manufacturing, engineering and construction, and consumer products. He has served numerous mid-market clients, both public and private, ranging from $300 million to $3 billion in revenues across these industries. Additionally, Kyle has experience with all types of ownership including publicly held SEC registrants, private-equity owned, and small family owned companies.

    Kyle has deep technical experience with the ability to address and resolve complex technical matters in a collaborative and timely manner. Technical matters in which Kyle has spent significant time navigating with his clients includes business combinations / purchase accounting, revenue recognition, and income taxes.  He has relationships with our subject matter experts in these areas and is able to access them quickly and efficiently to resolve questions without delay.

    In addition to serving clients, Kyle is the Hartford office director in charge of resource management.  As a result, Kyle is able to ensure that our clients have access to sufficient and appropriate staffing resources and are served to the best of our abilities.

    Previously, Kyle served as a member of the Finance Committee of Foodshare, a Connecticut not-for-profit.

    Kyle received his BS in Accounting from Assumption College and an MS in Accounting from UCONN.  He is a Connecticut Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
